Sessions  offered through video call using zoom. The therapist will arrange a suitable time and send you a link inviting you to your agreed appointment.

Telephone Appointments

If you do not have access to a computer or technology we can also arrange telephone appointments. Your therapist will contact you on your chosen telephone number at your agreed appointment time.
